A pretty good buy if you don’t need to much of …
Somewhat less solder than I imagined…. Only about 1.5 layers thick on the spool (1 layer thick and half of a second layer). But, for soldering about 20 pins on a chip, it worked really well for me. It flowed well (i used additional flux) and the joints seem to be holding up okay. A pretty good buy if you don’t need to much of the thin stuff…
Not .15" actually .015"
Very much not good at converting inches to mm and back again. This is .015″.

I bought this for doing micro soldering on a motherboard. It is .15 with a rosin core. I had no issues at all. I’ll use this again.
Thin stuff. Works as solder should.
Wow, this stuff is thin. Thinner then I wanted however it works well, just takes a long length of it to cover the 20 gauge wire I used it on.
Much thinner then I thought but good product and works great for electronics components
